Consumer Disclosures

Khadija Loans Consultants maintains a policy of providing consumers with the information and knowledge necessary to make informed, responsible loan decisions.
Where applicable, Khadija Loans Consultants undertakes all collection activity in strict compliance with the provisions of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act enforced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other Federal Agencies. While Khadija Loans Consultants does not operate as a third party debt collector, our companies adhere to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Applicable provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibit the following:
  • Contacting consumers by telephone before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.
  • Contacting consumers by phone with the intent to annoy, harass, etc., or using abusive language at anytime.
  • Collecting debt through deception or misrepresentation.
  • Threatening legal recourse when no legal action is intended.
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This means that when you open an account with us or one of our lenders, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We also may ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
Khadija Loans Consultants promotes the informed used of consumer credit by rigidly adhering to Federal regulations requiring disclosures about loan terms and costs. Before consumers assume any obligation, they will be presented, in writing, with the exact rates, fees, and other details of their loan, as required under the Federal Truth in Lending Act.
In addition to applicable Federal regulations, individual province also have numerous laws regulating business in their province. To the extent applicable to our business, these laws include, but are not limited to, regulations regarding interest rates, rollover limits, fees, charges, renewals and terms.

By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you authorize Khadija Loans Consultants (“we” or “us”) with express consent to send you text messages about your loan, such as payment reminders. You may also opt in to receive marketing messages about other services we offer, including special offers for which you may be eligible. In doing so, you agree and expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, employees, and/or affiliates through the use telephone calls and/or SMS text messages to any cellular number you provide in conjunction with your account, including contacts through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, autodialers, or an artificial or prerecorded voice.

Your cellular provider's message and data rates may apply to our SMS messages.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's name, the date and time, and content of your messages. Data we provide to you may include account information, payment amount or due dates, and other information personal to you. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access on your cellular device. Downloadable content may incur additional charges from your wireless carrier. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.

We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Opting-Out to Stop Text Messaging

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, type STOP in the reply text you send us or, if available, access any opt-out link at the bottom of the text message. Your stop request will become effective within one day.

Submitting your loan inquiry at Khadija Loans Consultants incurs absolutely no cost. Based on the inquiry you submit, Khadija Loans Consultants provides you with loan options suited to your needs.
As noted above, federal law requires disclosures about the terms and cost of consumer credit. All rate and fee information will be disclosed to you before you sign any agreement. Please review all the rate information provided to you thoroughly and completely before signing any agreement. You are under no obligation to accept the terms provided. Interest rates, charges, and/or fees with specific amounts are determined based upon the information you submit and applicable law. You are under no obligation to continue with the application process if you find the terms unsuitable. Actual interest rates, charges, and fees may vary. Province laws and regulations may prove a determining factor in the rates, fees, and charges determined for your loan. Lending terms vary from province to province.
Loans originated by Khadija Loans Consultants abide by each province’s regulatory requirements regarding late payments.
In the event of non-payment, Khadija Loans Consultants will attempt to work with you to establish payment arrangements in accordance with province regulations to allow you to fulfill your loan obligations.
Loan renewal policies are largely governed by province regulations. Read the terms in full regarding loan renewal options before signing any agreement.
Credit checks are required for all installment loans. Please speak with a customer representative for more information.
